Here is your permalink: https://github.com/ecmwf-projects/c3s2-eqc-quality-assessment/blob/b619e445fc807c1d055c004a30f37595bef7f3ba/Climate_Projections/climate_projections-cmip6_climate-and-weather-extremes_q02.ipynb Please make sure that the notebook name is correct. If you need to make modifications, please share here the new version of the notebook and I will provide a new permalink. |
Thanks @malmans2 - I rethought the name and added a summary of the results to the top, which I hadn't put in first time around. |
Hi @malmans2 - it should now be q4 and I think climate-impact-indicators is the best type, giving the name |
climate_projections-cmip6_climate-impact-indicators_q04.ipynb.zip Hi @malmans2, this one is now changed to have the proper summary info at the top |
Thanks @malmans2 |
Hi @tdcwilliams, Unfortunately, I think the CDS introduced a breaking change. I already fixed the template. See: bopen/c3s-eqc-toolbox-template@b0d1e66 Let me know if anything is not clear! (It's possible that other notebooks are affected. If that's the case, I will ping you in the other issues) |
Hi @malmans2, thanks I'll add those changes to all my sea ice concentration notebooks |
Hi @malmans2, can you make a link to the new notebook? |
Hi @tdcwilliams, You need to run the new notebook yourself and upload it again here. The notebook I shared with you should be already cached on the old VM. Same for #29 |
Hi @malmans2, won't it need recaching since the request is different? |
Yup, if I remember right I did it before mentioning the issue to you so you could test it. |
Hi @malmans2, it ran fine. Here is what I ran |
After the splitting of the QARs in the CIM I believe this one is now: https://cds2-backoffice.copernicus-climate.eu/app/execution/eqctier3-69d9894d-7a38-4654-a1f2-9faa25805725 |
