bug: query is not applied when a category is selected

Description

If a query and category is provided as parameters to the search API, the query is not applied.
Instead of returning a subset of entries that match the query, the result stays the same.

For example, the following will yield the same result:

• https://open-vsx.org/api/-/search?query=foobar&category=Notebooks&size=10&sortBy=relevance&sortOrder=desc
• https://open-vsx.org/api/-/search?category=Notebooks&size=10&sortBy=relevance&sortOrder=desc

Steps to Test

1. navigate to https://open-vsx.org/
2. select a category (ex: Notebook)
3. enter a search term and search
4. confirm that the result stays the same
5. repeat with different search terms and the result stays the same
