Describe the feature

It would be useful for user to configure per-topic, per-service and per-action (or per-groups via regular expressions) the QoS to be used for the Readers and Writers created by the bridge.

This is an issue we are currently encountering. The original issue with BEST_EFFORT vs. RELIABLE eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-plugin-dds#154 seems to be solved.

Do you already have a plan when you planned this feature? Or an idea on how to implement it?

Making sure zenohd on the router and zenoh-bridge-ros2dds are running the exact same version fixed it
