0.4.0rc0 Release Candidate

This candidate is the first release for the modular version of Eclipse VOLTTRON 10.0.0rc. In this modular structure, releases are a collection of modules each with their own versions under the overall release. The complete release plan is available here.

This repository contains the testing infrastructure for VOLTTRON.

• The volttrontesting namespace - utilities and tests for testing volttron-core as well as extensions to be used by agent developers.
• A PlatformWrapper class - ability to programmatically manipulate a volttron instance.
