volttron testing does not create volttron.log file. #51

Describe the bug
volttron testing does not create volttron.log file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run an integration test with volttron. I used the new listeners integration test.
try and find the log file.

Expected behavior
When i run ls I expect the volttron.log to be in the tmp dir.

So I found the cause. The -l is never passed in startup_platform. will fix shortly.
