Whether threadx supports arm64 and x86-64

and Intel x86 or x64 processors are not listed here.
There is only a win32 port which runs on 32-bit Windows and needs Windows as host OS and does not run on bare metal.
Some arm64 architectures like Cortex-A55 and Cortex-A75 etc are supported, refer to the list.
