"sandbox.sysml" File Import is not working

The attached file cannot be imported by "upload model" feature : (see errorlogfile.txt).
Tested on syson v2024.9.0 : import worked (with problem on attribute name but import was done)
Tested on syson v2024.11.0 : not working
Tested on my local instance on the main branch(29/11/24) : not working

The import of the file content via "New Objects from Text" is working : no error and objects created.
