Here is how it looks on Linux

It relies on CSS @media which might be exposing IE not handling it correct. Have you tried using Edge?

is like - what the heck:

This is not using Edge but the dummy fallback in Eclipse itself to render html.

But WebView2 Runtime says it is installed.

Yes it's IE that doesn't understand the @media css.
