Implemented functional tests and migrated existing to use WebTestCase…

… instead JsonApi builder (fixes ecentria#8)

Fixed issues with services configuration.
Removed cache configuration and rely on original jms_serializer.metadata.file_cache.dir config value.
Documentation updates.
