Copy link

Hi, I see from your setuptools manifest that this is licensed Apache 2.0. Can I suggest also adding a LICENSE file with the text of the Apache license at the root level so that GitHub correctly reflects the license in the UI? Thanks!

Adds license file as requested in ebi-ait#8 by copying the content from
55d348d 
https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt and updating the copyright notice to match the original author
