Seems that the SAML client scopes (required for Limesurvey) are either lost during the migration or not installed at all in a clean installation. Lost client scopes are:

  • saml_fullname: Users name+lastname
  • saml_grouplist: Groups the user belongs.
  • saml_email: User email and verified email.
  • saml_uid: User's account id
  • saml_username: User's username
