Create Survey though Simva doesn't link the survey, the survey also doesn't appear in "Existing Survey"

I've created a new survey through Simva

But when I have finished to edit the survey it doesn't appear in the wanted activity and neither in the "Existing Surveys" menu

I propose that the surveys have a section in the left menu, where they can be created for later use in the different studies and manage them (access to LimeSurvey editor, delete, change the name, see ID.....)
