Upgrade to cordova-android 7+

Change the class import script to work with the cordova 7+

Remove unnecessary import

So that the project can continue to compile

Support API 29 + store geofence loc + add battery store interface

• Add foreground permission to android manifest (0e44f56)
• Force the gson library to the last valid version that supports java 1.6 (5beb9e6)
• Add a new interface method to store the new battery level (5e78965)
• when geofenced, store the current geofence location (a1f15e5)

Fix the broadcast of the control changes

as part of the toggle fixes (other changes in e-mission/e-mission-phone#549)
