Dependency to CaaS Connect Module

In the class CaasIndexCreator the method createFindPageIndex() throws an exception if the executable of the caasconnect module ist not found. So without having a cassconnect module installed with a caasconnect service running that needs a CaaS instance the ConnectForCommerce Project App cannot be installed.

If this is really wanted, it should be remarked in the documentation. Otherwise the Exception in CaasIndexCreator.java:64 should be removed.
