A list of unwanted doctors;)

Have any of you thought about making a list of unwanted doctors who will be omitted from searches? I think it could look like a static table invoked by the command e.g. /blacklisted. The list would be downloaded from the same place as when making an appointment. I'm sure each of us has a doctor who doesn't like him or just doesn't want to go to him for some reason. What do you think about what I think?
