Today, kGover is set to 1 or to 0, following if the generator is regulating volatge and if its diagram is not flat. When kGover equal to 1, signalN participation is then proportional to PMax or targetP or calculated p (following dynaflowlauncher config). The participation factor can be improved getting the information of droop from datainterface.
