Update to Python 3.12

It is important to keep Esmerald up to date with the latest versions of python and support all the available versions and therefore the codebase is being prepared to do it so and we are just waiting for some important packages to be also compatible like the uvloop.

Motivation

• Staying up to date with the latest developments within the Python community.
• Address any issues caused by the introduction of Python 3.12.

Changes

• Update the codebase to also support Python 3.12 (Done).

Importance

• Supporting all the available versions of Python.
• Attract more developers into Esmerald.
