extract_chips does not give good feedback to user when not extracting chips because of the "low contrast" check

It's currently very confusing when extracting chips with rescaling "with bad values", which may generate images of low contrast and won't write the results (nor any masks). It should be more explicit of how many images were efectively saved and how many were failed the contrast check.
