Idea

At our Camp, there will be the designers/organizers from a half dozen camps and conferences. We all struggle with the same issues: making it affordable, equitable, diverse, inclusive. Inspiring participants. Creating a culture that feels safe. Transparency. Sustainability. Pricing. Let's get together and share best practices, lessons learned, and ways we can support each other.

Skillsets

Facilitation. A way to report out our findings.

Contact

Ashley Tyson of Web 3 Summit (October in Berlin) and Wendy Hanamura of DWeb Camp/Summit are interested in convening this conversation. We'll bring the coffee (b/c figuring out how to provide coffee 24/7 is a big headache for conference planners.)
