All the events work, but not Add to Cart #366

Hi
Could you please help me with this ?

All the events work in my website, I don't know why but the Add to Cart event doesn't, On GTM I see that the Tag fired for the add to cart event, but on Pixel Helper that event is not found. My website is in wordpress with the Kadence theme:

what could be the problem and how to solve it ?
