Clarification on number of weekly downloads #189

Hi there,

I have a question regarding the weekly number of downloads available here: https://duckdb.org/community_extensions/download_metrics

Does this endpoint reset the count at some point? Such as the start of a new calendar week. Or is it the last 7 days of downloads?
