E-Mail Subject is always "failed."

Hi,

first of all, thanks for this great tool! We are using jobber in your provided docker container. I've extended the container to send emails via msmtp.

We have noticed that every email is sent with the subject "... failed.", even if we are using notifyOnSuccess.
