Create a D8 kalatheme test bed

Let's update our D8 demo space:

And instantiate some basic content things to test the D8 kalatheme: hipster ipsum

Acceptance Criteria

An environment on TEST: http://test-d8demo.at.kalamuna.com with:

• updated D8 core
• primary menu items
• some nodes and terms with hipster ipsum content
• a manual backup of TEST for 6mo; timestamp noted here.

Kalatheme is up on this instance. I will get the rest of it set up so we can use it as @labboy0276 work comes through

• Drupal 8.1.2
• Installed some dummy content with Devel Generate
• Added some nodes to the main menu
• moved some blocks around (noted because although this might falsely indicate some layout coming from the theme, it's not the case. We still don't have a page.tpl to speak of)
• Manual back up Tue, Jun 7th 2016 13:22:11 (UTC -07:00) kept for 6 months.
