Error in Settings

...when enabling settings in Kalatheme in Drupal 7.43

...using JQuery update 1.7 and update 1.10

@albrightjerry I get this sometimes too and it seems to be some weirdness with Bootswatch's server. When this happens it works over http but not https. See this related issue: #247

To get around it you can change the Bootswatch url to use http

I'm considering adding an extra condition when https fails to try http because it seems to happen more frequently.
