Create moderation responses

I think this is something that can live in our wiki.

We can make ourselves some polite copypasta like “i understand that you are passionate about learning about X - I think I’ve given you all the information I have, I suggest you check out X resource”

Also, responses based on the person - how we can phrase things carefully and politely, especially based on who the person is - bad actor, good actor who is frustrated or really uneducated, devil’s advocate - that kind of thing.

I have snippets of moderations that might help build these responses, but they do need some editing to make sure they are more private and a little generalized. I can send you/or whoever is working on this issue a markdown file with all of them.

I realize that since I just copied the responses from actual conversations, there's some privacy involved :)
