running xtal_predict.py

Hi Pocketminer team
I am trying to run the pocket prediction on ~MD frames (each frame as a pdb file) and I see that the files are not being read... I have created a test folder inside the gvp folder. then I activate the conda environment pocketminer
I do these steps:
cd src
vi xtal_predict.py (edit the ../data/ACE2.pdb to a test-frame1.pdb)
save the script
then run it as python xtal_predict.py
I see this array error...could you please guide me?
