User specific hot posts

Collect information about user what tags/entities he usually asks or answers questions about, which tags or entities user follows, what kind of favorite questions user has, what kind of questions or answers user votes etc. The collection can be done with scheduled worker to a new database table(s).

Show latest/high rated questions that match users interests in home page and/or create a new hot posts page for user to find interesting content.
