Give feedback on error

When an error is detected and highlighted, we could have a key like C-c C-e that echoes an error description for the error at point, like "unknown phase line" or "parameter value must be a scalar", or similar. If there is no error at point, we could search for the next error or echo a "No errors detected" message if no errors are found. This would also be useful to debug erro highlighting.
