Bug report（问题描述）

no.change事件拿不到回调中的val 目前已知0.8.12是可以拿到结果的

Steps to reproduce（问题复现步骤）

1.在初始化时动态增加了ele-form-cascader的content.no.change事件在内部调用当前组件的内部方法
2.0.8.12 和0.8.30 版本均能触发change事件但是只有0.8.12版本能拿到val值 0.8.30和最新版本都拿不到val值

type 更改为 el-cascader 正常获取暂时解决
