x and y axis labels for Figure 3

They are currently missing in {fig:poc_train_data}.

So I have spoken to Kiarie about it and it is just the dimension of the pixels. So it might be enough to define that in the caption? I'll give it a spin:

Illustration of the spectral information split into train (40 %), validation (10 %) and test region (50 %) for the Lemon canyon. Pixel scales provided on the axis with canopy height normalised greyscale (0 - 255)

K, I’ll put that in. Should it be pixel scale on the axes though, since there are two?
