Hello. I saw the last commits are 2 years old so I'm wondering if this still works?

I signed up for a free plan, made an initializer, a sample rails app, but it just hangs int he console making the "speak" method call.

I also see that the linked "wav" file link in the readme no longer works.

I created the gem out of my interest in text to voive application and thought it would be useful. Actually Neospeech conversion was best of all the similar services I tried. But I never saw anyone use it and I never maintained it.

Recently I got couple of mails similar to this. I will test this and fix the issues found over this weekend. I will also add tests to make sure its easy to other to fork and change.

I'm working on adding some tests and fixing an issue with error detection. I can submit some PRs if you're still maintaining this.
