Issue description:
In Tutorial: Add .NET Aspire to an existing .NET app doc, For VS Code part, we need to make some updates to the instructions.

Issue 1:

• In this Add .NET Aspire to the Store web app section, the C# Devkit extension now supports creating Aspire tempaltes and adding .NET Aspire Orchestration. Therefore, the documentation instructions for Create an app host project and Create a service defaults project need to be updated.
