Don't show useless tourism=information

A lot of tourism=information nodes are shown where it does not really make sense to show opening hours (i.e. for map boards and info boards). These can clutter the map pretty fast.

I suggest to only show tourism=information when also information=office is present or information is not set. All other popular values of information (i.e. map, board, etc.) don't really have opening hours. ;-)
