POIs are missing address information

Often POIs don't have address information but are placed on top of buildings which hold such data. I think POIs should be displaying such address data.

We can use Nominatim to get address. Example:

All the more, the popup only displays addr:street and addr:city attributes, when they are specified in the object. In France, address points are grouped in associatedStreet relations, the street name is conveyed by the relation, whereas the address points contain the house number.
