使用的时候，第一台服务器正常，在第二太服务器上使用的时候抛出如下错误：
SSLError(SSLError(SSLError(1, u'[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:579)'),),)
具体抛出的语句是：
response = wechat_instance.download_media(media_id)
证书验证失败，请问何故
