AppEditor is apparently unable to manage at least the "Show in Launcher" settings for applications installed via Wine. Wine creates a number of .desktop files to replicate Start Menu items so that the applications are available by common launchers, but for some reason I cannot make them invisible using AppEditor. Thanks for your consideration of looking into this!
