These changes should increase our scorecard's branch-protection section

Warn: 'branch protection settings apply to administrators' is disable on branch 'main'
Warn: 'stale review dismissal' is disable on branch 'main'
Warn: 'last push approval' is disable on branch 'main'
Warn: 'up-to-date branches' is disable on branch 'main'

They had an additional warn for updating the PR approval count. One seems sufficient for now. Feel free to change to more if necessary.
