Docker inspect not working in Resource Saver mode

I noticed a bug with the new update V4.37, the command inspect is not working when docker is in Resource Saver mode anymore.
I got the message "Error: No such object: MyImage", but when the resource saver is off, I get all the infos of my image.

Is there a way to go out of the resource saver mode with a command without starting a container?
