Reproduce

  1. My Ryzen 7 5800x CPU died ( long story short - System has turned off and it wouldn't start. Even windows usb installer was hanging up after successfully inputting the product code. I've replaced every part gpu, mem, drives, motherboard etc. and finally after replacing the cpu the system started )
  2. Replaced CPU and by accident I've restored default bios setting.
  3. I've re-enabled virtualization in BIOS but it won't start
