Add & Release 5.0-alpha2 docker image based on the new release on 04-Nov-2023. This release comes with the much awaited Vector Similarity Search based on JVector 👏🏼 ,

p/s: please also make a generic 5 tag which will pull down the latest available (alpha|beta|GA) release. Thank you in advance!

I just happened to notice this bot commit but didn't see it getting pushed or creating a generic 5 tag.
