Documentation URL (dockerflow.com) is for sale

Hi Team,

The documentation link in the readme goes to http://proxy.dockerflow.com/ - however this redirects to hugedomains.com and asks if you'd like to buy the domain.. Might need to update with where the documentation is now hosted?

The project was abandoned a while ago since most Swarm users, including all the maintainers, moved to Kubernetes. So, among other things, the domain was not removed.

I just changed the link in the README to lead to the docs directory that contains all the documentation.

Main and development branches were updated to internal documentation.

I created a new issue to publish documentation through Github Pages.
