Feature description

Currently, dlt.sources.incremental always functions using the >= operator when loading data incrementally with sql tables. Some use cases would benefit from having the option to use the > operator instead.

This was added in 1.5.0:
Add open/closed range arguments for incremental by @steinitzu in #1991

sql_database got significant upgrades recently ie. free text queries, it is all in the docs
