What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. find a page that contains the human name disambiguation template, for example:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alex_Dyer
2. retrieve that page from your database with jwpl
3. check if its a disambiguation page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
jwpl should flag that page as a disambiguation page, instead it thinks its a normal
article.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.1

the human name disambiguation template is:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Hndis
I suspect that pages containing the following disambiguation page templates are also
not recognized as disambiguation pages:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Geodis
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Hospital_disambiguation
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Mathematical_disambiguation
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Mountain_index
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Roadindex
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:School_disambiguation
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Shipindex

Can someone reproduce this issue?

Sorry for the delay. I will look into this shortly. Currently, I'm out of capacity and
have to postpone the work on JWPL for 2 or 3 weeks.
