Collation problem (as Page.getByTitle) in Category too

I'm using the 0.8.0-SNAPSHOT on a Chakra machine x64 with MySQL 5.5.14.  I have the
collation error when calling: 
//DB configuration and Wiki initialization here
int n = wiki.getCategory("Software_engineering").getNumberOfPages();

According to Oliver "By not specifying the character set in the query and letting the
connector choose the correct setting, this should be fixed for now."
