User Story
As a user, I want to create a new telegram channel for my new dao and add the hyperbot to it, so that me and the other potential DAO members can create proposals.

Acceptance Criteria

  • there is a telegram service
  • it creates a new channel for the new dao
  • it adds the hyperbot to the channel
  • optional: it adds a list of users to the channel
