Simplify activation instructions on first setup page

When the app is opened for the first time, it presently looks like the following:

But for the last major OS versions, the Settings button has taken the user directly to the app's settings pane in System preferences, ie to this screen:

Accordingly, the initial setup instructions should be simplified to the following steps:

1. Tap “Settings”
2. Tap Keyboards
3. Enable keyboards
