🐛 BUG: Chapters toc area incorrect height on resize

Describe the bug
The height of the chapters table of content area before the content becomes incorrect on resize.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://dilmahtea.me/en/healthy-waffles/
2. Resize your screen from a higher resolution to <768px or rotate the screen
3. See that the height of toc area is bigger than normal

Expected behavior
The height of the chapters toc area should not increase on resize.
