Links (href) in work don't work

That's because chevron is ovewriting these links, and the href's are actually never used. Despite the fact, on hover in the bottom left corner of the browser (technical) user can notice the link. After a click, it'll expand the card detail.

It simply overwriten by the logic in handleClick about preventing default behaviour, if description is set. Description is set always, so it doesn't make sense...
