"Graph with 232 nodes and 47 edges" this shouldn't be happening with such a huge difference in numbers. UserWarning: Leiden partitions do not contain all nodes from the input graph because input graph contained isolate nodes.

  • Investigate when relationships come up as empty.
  • Visualise the Leiden Graph.
