Describe the Bug

At External Sources page in the settings the description is touching the edges of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Press on external Sources.
  3. See that there is no paddings and settings is not translated.

Expected Behavior

Padding from the sides around this description.
settings should be translated.
